Author’s Luncheon with Karen White

The Dataw Historic Foundation is excited to announce that world-renowned author Karen White will be our guest speaker on April 9th in The Carolina Room.

With nearly 40 books and over 2 million copies sold internationally, Karen is well-known for her stories set in the South Carolina Lowcountry. This is an incredible opportunity to hear from a prolific author while enjoying an amazing Southern lunch menu prepared by our Chef—including the highly anticipated Hummingbird Cake.

The cost for the event is $35 all-inclusive. While we currently have 170 reservations and 18 book clubs attending, there is plenty of seating available for individual guests. Books will be available for purchase from Sassafras on Carteret, and Karen will be signing copies until 2:30 PM.
